What is ToolPromos and how does it work?

Who can submit projects to ToolPromos?
Anyone with a product to launch and promote can submit. You need to create an account, provide an accessible website or product URL, and provide accurate information about your project.
What are the different launch options?
Free Launch
Basic free submission. Choose your launch week and get 7 days on the homepage. All links are nofollow backlinks.
Free Submit + Badge Verification
If you rank in the top 3 in the weekly competition, you get dofollow backlinks
Premium Launch
One-time $19 fee, no badge verification required, all links are dofollow
Can I publish articles in addition to products?
Yes, when you publish one product, you get one blog post publishing right. Two products get you two posts, and so on. Of course, we will verify the quality of the articles. If an article does not meet our standards, we will return it for revision.
Can I change my launch type after submission?
Yes, but only before your project is scheduled and goes live, and you can only upgrade to Premium Launch.
Can I resubmit if my project didn't win?
Yes. If your project completes a week-long launch but doesn't make the top three, you qualify for a one-time premium relaunch opportunity.
How does the weekly competition system work?
ToolPromos hosts a competition every week. The competition automatically starts every Monday at 8:00 AM UTC and ends the following Monday at 7:59 AM UTC. All projects for the week go live simultaneously at the start.
During the 7-day competition period, ToolPromos visitors can browse projects, read introductions, and vote for their favorite projects. All registered users can participate in voting, and each project displays its current vote count in real-time.
At the end of each week, the top three projects by vote count automatically receive special recognition, dofollow backlinks, and exclusive winner badges.
How are winners selected?
Winners are determined entirely by the number of votes received and the level of product discussion during the weekly competition. The project with the most votes gets first place, second most gets second place, and third most gets third place.
Voting automatically closes when the competition period ends (Monday at 7:59 AM UTC). Results are automatically calculated, and winners receive notifications on the platform.
